Q: Which phone models do you support?
A: Currently, we stock cases for iPhone 12/13/14/15/16 series, iPhone 12/13/14 Pro Max and 16 Pro Max. More sizes are coming soon — drop your phone model in our poll or DM us, we’re expanding based on demand!

Q: Will my lip liner / eyeliner fit?
A: The silicone grip is designed for slim cylindrical products like lip liners, eyeliners, and mini perfumes (approx. 6–9mm in diameter). If your favourite product fits in that range, you’re good to go!

Q: Can I use it as a normal phone case too?
A: Yes — it’s protective, lightweight, and slim, with the bonus feature of holding your essentials.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your country (see below).

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. International delivery can take 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Q: What’s your returns policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the case is faulty or damaged and in its original packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy below.

A: Wipe with a damp cloth to keep it clean. Avoid harsh chemicals.
