Refund policy

At SELLE, we take pride in creating quality phone cases. Each order is carefully checked before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@sellecases.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos as proof.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your return is approved, you may choose between a replacement item (subject to stock availability) or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of agreeing to the refund, after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind.
