Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@sellecases.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos as proof.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your return is approved, you may choose between a replacement item (subject to stock availability) or a refund to your original payment method.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of agreeing to the refund, after we receive and inspect the returned item.
